Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains how Reasondle (reasondle.com) handles information when you play our games — Cap or Fact and The Missing Link.
We keep the games simple. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or address. Your game progress (streaks, scores) is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
When you submit a reasoning chain to be judged, the text you wrote plus the two prompt words are sent to our server and to Anthropic's Claude API to score it. We do not attach any identifier to that request beyond a temporary, coarse rate-limit count (per day) to prevent abuse. We do not store your submissions long-term.
We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to keep the games free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how many people play. This never identifies you personally.
Reasondle is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13.
